Deep breathes are what you need now to re-focus and relax. I've been working on my house, classroom, life in "short spurts" so that I don't get overwhelmed. <br /><br />Both of my children are out of college now, but I remember how hard it was to shop, pack, and move them into their freshman dorm. I cried the entire ride home after saying goodbye to both of them.
