Just me? Really? The more I teach, the more I learn. I can remember the first
time it happened was in college. We were learning place value in adding. I knew
how to add- I just did it. I never worried about making a group of ten and
carrying it over to the next place. I just put the one up there and added. I
swear, no one ever told me about the groups of ten! LOL<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>I have a sneaky feeling there could be some “aha”

having a schedule chart for the students to see. I have kindergarteners. They
like to know when recess, lunch and snack are. OK so do I! LOL The pocket chart
does not take up much room. I can put the cards in the pockets, adding a pop of
color. I can write on the cards or I can write on the pockets. How clever is
that! We know that schedules change, especially as the year progresses with the
students. So wipe and redo. Simple! You could use it for other things though
too. It has 12 pockets. You could use it for center chart. You could use it to
keep track of where everyone is – nurse, bathroom, speech, etc. You could use
it for words/vocabulary. You could use it for a pocket chart center – put the
poem in order. This one goes pretty much with all decors. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>This will also help keep us on that schedule –
correct? haha<o:p></o:p></span></div>

the door. I like both the confetti ones and the fans </span><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman",serif;">–</span><span style="font-family: "Pea Katrina";"> might do a combination of both. The left over ones I think I

each top secret file has learning goals. It tells where the evidence can be
found and gives clues. The activities are grouped in the secret files by topics
– Langauge Arts: Letters and Sounds; Math: Numbers, Counting, Adding,&
Subtracting; LA: Grammar, Sight Words & Vocab; Math: Greater/Less,
Measurement & Shapes. There is a Detective Notebook to keep track of all
the DATA. The kids will love making sure they are filling in all the clues! <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>This would be such a fun, awesome way to
practice skills over the summer with your child. It certainly gives a purpose
for practicing. Doing a page or two a day will also help build stamina and
perseverance to get to the answer. It will keep those skills fresh over the
summer. Taking care of that summer slide! <o:p></o:p></span></div>

What if we did it in class? I know every child couldn’t do each page. But what
if you did it whole class. Read the story to them. Then special student of the
day does the page of the day. The rest of the class can practice the skill on
white boards. Or the special student could do the page “in place of” a center
must do. Or just because. Then as a group put the clues in the notebook and
work through the answers together at the end. How much fun would that be?? I
think the kids would have a blast trying to figure it out. They would be
thrilled as special student to be detective of the day! They could have the
magnifying glass on their table! <o:p></o:p></span></div>

the alphabet, goes to vowels, word families and sight words. It has parts of
speech and sentence writing. It has literature and Informational text features.
One of the best parts, to me, is it has reproducibles included. That means if I
can’t find exactly what I want, I can make it. I can make it without starting
from scratch! The template is there and I add what I want. The students will
already know what to do with the page also, because they will have already seen
something like it on another topic. Life is good when they know what to do! <o:p></o:p></span></div>

colorful, sturdy and cute! The sayings on them a great for growth mindset,

enough to make them an alphabet line or numbers to order. You could do rhyming
words. You could use them as writing prompts. They could have the names of the
students on them. They could mark writing about reptiles and amphibians. They
could be used to make partners with students. So many fun activities you could

file folder storage is perfect for that. It’s so fun with the gold stars on it!
I could use it to store the materials for each day of the week – five pockets!
Or for guided reading groups or guided math groups. Or for take to meetings,
file, copy, laminate, and read. You could use it for missing work pages for the
week – maybe more for older students.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">
</span>Tons of ways to use it. What if you had five of them? You could make it
student mailboxes. Or to hold their unfinished work, or their writing, or their
reading or their math. You get the picture.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">
</span>The best part to me is that on the front of the pockets is a clear,
plastic label holder. Label EVERYTHING! There are two grommets to hang it from
also. So command hooks or large push pins. Depends on where you are going to
put it. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

is adding, subtracting and shapes. The Language Arts starts with identifying

every day of the summer. Wouldn’t that be awesome? Turn off the phones and use
the pages to spark some discussion and some hands on fun! This will be a great recommendation

<span style="font-family: "Janda Safe and Sound"; font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%;">So many ways to use these pages too! Of course, you can
print them off for each week. The students could keep them in a math notebook
or folder. It could be part of their routine before math stations with guided
math. You could put them in the page protectors and use them as a station for
guided math or in a work binder. If they have a binder that has other “tools”
in it –100 chart, number bond page, ten frames page, etc, - this could go in a
page protector to use as a warm up lesson, an assignment, a station. Up to you!
Make it work for you! You could send them home for homework! You could use them
to warm up for the guided math group. Versatility people! Way to get one resource
and use it so many different ways. That is value for your money! <o:p></o:p></span></div>

is also a chart for common core standards – by week. Great way to keep track of
what has been happening. They also included a fact fluency chart to send home.
It gets filled out at home and then turned in. Great way to make that home-school
connection. Keep those parents informed! <o:p></o:p></span></div>

things we can learn about throughout the month. There is a blank calendar also –
you could fill it in with the information you will be using and send it home
with the students. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

Cleaning<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div align="center" class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: "LD Elementary"; font-size: 18.0pt; line-height: 107%;">Wrote this for Carson Dellosa and almost forgot to post it here! Good thing it isn't quite SPRING yet! lol</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "LD Elementary"; font-size: 18.0pt; line-height: 107%;">We had a two-hour delay today because of ice. So the thought
of SPRING, even if it’s spring cleaning makes me smile. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "LD Elementary"; font-size: 18.0pt; line-height: 107%;">Did your mother spring clean? My mother cleaned EVERY day! She
would dust the whole house before I got up for school. The house was spotless.
My theory is that is why I don’t worry so much about it. I clean don’t get me
wrong – there is no filth in the house, but I don’t dust every day like my mom.
I, personally, like to organize more than clean. I love taking things apart and
putting them back neater. My mother is 90 – moved her two years ago to a full
care facility. We “cleaned out” her house. OMG the woman saved EVERYTHING for
70 years! My husband and I have vowed not to have our children have to do that.
So, we have been doing “spring cleaning” all year. We have thrown out tons!
Literally! I feel like the house is skinnier! Now I want to do that in the classroom.
</span><span style="font-family: "Segoe UI Emoji",sans-serif; font-size: 18.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-ascii-font-family: "LD Elementary"; mso-char-type: symbol-ext; mso-hansi-font-family: "LD Elementary"; mso-symbol-font-family: "Segoe UI Emoji";">😊</span><span style="font-family: "LD Elementary"; font-size: 18.0pt; line-height: 107%;"><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "LD Elementary"; font-size: 18.0pt; line-height: 107%;">So, Spring Cleaning in the classroom. It doesn’t really have
to happen in the spring! Honestly, I think spring is too nice and too busy to
do it. I tend to clean out in the winter. It’s cold and dreary anyway. You
can’t sit outside on the porch. You can’t go for many walks. Our kids are older
now, so we are empty nesters. But, I remember when our kids were little.
Baseball and softball were every night occurrences. So, I know spring is busy.
So, I try to do a little something at school every week. I try to decide what I
can go through easily after school. I may even decide to spend some extra time
there every two weeks or once a month or whenever I can find the time. If a
cabinet or area is really driving me crazy, I try to make the extra time to get
to it. It saves my sanity. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "LD Elementary"; font-size: 18.0pt; line-height: 107%;">OK – that is a lot of questions. But they need to be asked. I
just went through my ELA materials and I found two sets of alphabet stamps that
were exactly alike! (Insert eye roll here!) My co-worker is benefitting! She
was so happy to get a brand-new set of alphabet stamps. My heart was happy that
someone else would benefit. Win Win! <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "LD Elementary"; font-size: 18.0pt; line-height: 107%;">Can you find the time to empty one cabinet or drawer? I try to
empty the whole thing, so I can see all of what I have. Group it into like
categories. I keep most of my stuff for each month in a drawer. So, I try to
put all the art projects together in that month, the math materials, the ELA materials,
etc. Then I can decide – is it worth keeping? If I realize that I haven’t used
it in the last several years and really don’t miss the activity, it’s gone. I
make a share pile if I think someone else might want it. If I know it’s not
worth anything to anyone, it’s in the recycle bin --- before I can change my
mind. Then I try to put it back into my drawer in a neat organized way. Or at
least, the best I can. I have been trying to clean out the drawer at the end of
each month. Have I been totally successful? No. That’s ok. I’m not beating
myself up about it. Who wanted to stay the last day of December and clean out?
Not me! I wanted to get home and see my children! <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "LD Elementary"; font-size: 18.0pt; line-height: 107%;">I did the same thing with my ELA cabinet. I took everything
out. EVERYTHING! As the students were dismissing one Friday, (we only have
walkers), I started handing the kids items from the cabinet to put on the
tables. They were thrilled to help! I was thankful for the help. Then after
everyone was gone, I started sorting. I put all the alphabet stamps in one
pile, the alphabet games in one pile, the sight word activities together, etc.
etc. etc. You get the point, right? Then I looked through each pile and asked
some questions. I have inherited some things over the years also. Teachers tend
to take things “just in case”. Well, I made some tough decisions and got rid of
old stuff. My husband wasn’t working,
and I asked him to come help me. We got to see each other, and I got some extra
help. Ok, he saw all the things that were in the cabinet. But he is so
supportive! He didn’t even roll his eyes when he saw all the stuff! I was able
to put all the materials in tubs and put labels on them. That was HUGE! Now I
am a happy camper! I can walk in and see what I have! <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "LD Elementary"; font-size: 18.0pt; line-height: 107%;">Try to use the storage containers that you already have. I
know we all want to be matchy matchy, but it doesn’t have to be perfect to
start. I had all sorts of tubs that were extras. I used them. It worked. I used
them all. They fit. They are labeled and done. Another win win! You can always
go back and get newer, cuter containers at another time. Switching those out
wouldn’t take that much time. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "LD Elementary"; font-size: 18.0pt; line-height: 107%;">As I have been cleaning out, I have also been taking pictures.
I have been making a digital file so when I plan, I can look and see what I
already have before I buy or make a new activity. Am I 100% complete with this?
Of course not! Is it a great aspiration to have? YES! Will it make life easier
as I go? Hopefully! Did I take pictures of everything in that ELA cabinet? No. </span><span style="font-family: "Segoe UI Emoji",sans-serif; font-size: 18.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-ascii-font-family: "LD Elementary"; mso-char-type: symbol-ext; mso-hansi-font-family: "LD Elementary"; mso-symbol-font-family: "Segoe UI Emoji";">☹</span><span style="font-family: "LD Elementary"; font-size: 18.0pt; line-height: 107%;"> But when
I have ten minutes one day, I can. At least, it is cleaned out for now. One
step at a time. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "LD Elementary"; font-size: 18.0pt; line-height: 107%;">I also keep a list of things that I can do over the summer or
before school starts. I add to it when I have an idea. Sometimes it takes a
while to come up with a solution. Last year, I got rid of a filing cabinet in
my classroom. YEA! Except I had one drawer with things that I still wanted to
keep. I didn’t have anywhere to put them, but I didn’t want to keep the whole
cabinet. SO, in the middle of the night, I got an idea to move two other things
to other places and that freed up space for what was in the drawer and voila! I
got rid of the cabinet and everything has a home. I got up out of bed to write
down my thoughts, so I didn’t forget them. It was worth it. I didn’t get
everything moved the next day, but I had a plan. So, write down what you want
to clean out. Write down ideas of where to put things. My friend puts post it
notes on things at the end of the school year – Move this next to this next
year, clean out this drawer before school, put the word wall here this year.
It’s a great help when you come back after summer break. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "LD Elementary"; font-size: 18.0pt; line-height: 107%;">Good luck on your “spring cleaning”! It doesn’t have to be
spring. It doesn’t have to be all in one day. Ask the tough questions and stay
strong. We really don’t need to keep everything “just in case”. Think through
what would help make your day run smoother. Think how you can make that happen
in your space. Think about if you really need it or want it. If you don’t like
it, the students probably won’t either. Remember, it’s a marathon – pace
yourself! <o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-family: "KG Architects Daughter"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;">The new Math Workshop book from Carson Dellosa can
help – no matter what stage you are in. They covered lots of information in a
concise way and an easy to use way. I’m somewhere in the middle of Math
Workshop. I try to do it as often as possible, but some days just don’t go as
planned. Some days we can’t handle the centers, some days a whole group lesson
goes longer than I thought, some days a fire drill throws everything off. It
happens. It’s real life. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "KG Architects Daughter"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "KG Architects Daughter"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;">CD has set up the book in a very user-friendly way. There
is an explanation of what Math Workshop is – my thinking has always been to run
it like Reading Workshop. Just different material being worked on. Just like Literacy – warm-up, mini-lesson,
rotations/groups and closure. I personally set up my math stations just like my
literacy stations. I have a separate center rotation chart (different
combinations of students- we don’t want them to only be working with one
student!). They also learn who is a good person to ask for help in the
different subjects – we all have our specialties. I think this helps the students with
consistency also. There is nothing new or different that they need to do – helps
makes them be an expert in the classroom. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "KG Architects Daughter"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;"><br /></span></div>

tells what it can look like. It gives the foundation – you can take it from
there and make it your own. It shares ideas on how to manage it. As I said, I
manage it just like my literacy stations. There is a rotation chart. The tubs
have numbers on them – get it, it’s math! Lol They are grouped heterogeneously.
They have different activities in the tubs. I try to use the same type of games
so they don’t need a huge set of explanations every time we get new centers. I
usually try to change them the beginning of every month- but that is just me.
You can do what you want. </span><span style="font-family: "Segoe UI Emoji",sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-ascii-font-family: "KG Architects Daughter"; mso-char-type: symbol-ext; mso-hansi-font-family: "KG Architects Daughter"; mso-symbol-font-family: "Segoe UI Emoji";">😊</span><span style="font-family: "KG Architects Daughter"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;">
They use the smartboard. They use the student laptops for math games. I call
the groups back that I need to see and work on the skills they need. Doesn’t
have to be harder because it’s different.
CD gives you lots of planning pages also. Planning for the teacher and
planning for the students. It’s all there. Of course, the book is divided up by
the five topics of math – counting and cardinality, operations and algebraic
thinking, number operations in base ten, measurement and data and geometry. Under
each topic there are numerous lessons -all planned! They give you several pages
to use for the rotations. Yes, they are in black and white, but you can make
them brighter by using some colored paper. You could put them in sheet
protectors or laminate them, so you don’t have to run off a class set. Options
people, options! They did a great job with the lessons too! Essential
Questions, warm-ups, mini-lesson, math talk, journal prompt, materials,
workstation pages, guided math lessons for the groups (above, on and below
level) and how to assess and extend. WHOA! IT’s done for you! And then, you can
use the same basis to continue! Great format! The only downfall I see is that
there isn’t a blank lesson page for me to fill in if I need more. I think I
will manage! Lol <o:p></o:p></span></div>

This book has a lot in it's 96 pages! All those big reading comprehension standards are covered. This will be so useful to help assess and form groups by skills. There are skill assessment and practice pages - story elements, summarizing, compare and contrast, cause and effect, and inferring are all covered. I think the best part is the skill assessment analysis. Use that DATA! It shows the skill, the standard, the assessment item and the practice pages. It's organized and done for us! THANK YOU Carson Dellosa! This is NOT for the beginning of the year. You may need to use this whole group or individually as a teacher. We need to use our teacher judgement. We may look at it and have it spark an idea for a class lesson that is more hands on. This is the age we live in. These are the standards we are responsible for. We need to make the best of it and show our students how they can succeed. This will be a great tool for that, I believe. </span><br />

There is a wonderful resource to help with getting and keeping the math data –
<a href="http://www.carsondellosa.com/products/104922--Instant-Assessments-for-Data-Tracking-Resource-Book-104922#/?book media type=f389e45b92884d48844baaf09d49e3c5" target="_blank">Math Instant Assessments for Data Tracking</a>. Sounds like a mouth full of a
title, but it’s packed a lot into the almost 100 pages. Wonderfully aligned
with the CCS. It is divided into the five domains for math – counting and
cardinality, operations and algebraic thinking, number operations in base ten,
measurement and data, and geometry. That way you can concentrate on the area
you need. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

of information too about the assessments, types of assessments and how to use
it and the different components in it. It has exit tickets, unit tests,
traditional assessments and prompt cards. This will be awesome to use to help
form small math groups. I love the prompt cards and the exit tickets – can use
them in their math journals too. So much to incorporate into the day. I love
when things can do double duty! Anything to make life easier – right?? <o:p></o:p></span></div>

the year and knowing their numbers beyond 10 to start with, but we will get
there together. That’s just the kids I teach. So I will pick and choose what we
can do in the beginning and use what I can. That’s the best part of
kindergarten – all that GROWTH! <o:p></o:p></span></div>

I couldn’t believe my luck when I opened it up! I was wanting to do more of
this in the upcoming school year- did they read my mind? My kinders LOVED doing interactive math journals last year. I knew I needed to do more with ELA.
They answered my prayers. </span><span style="font-family: "Segoe UI Emoji",sans-serif; font-size: 18.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-ascii-font-family: "KG Miss Kindergarten"; mso-char-type: symbol-ext; mso-hansi-font-family: "KG Miss Kindergarten"; mso-symbol-font-family: "Segoe UI Emoji";">😊</span><span style="font-family: "KG Miss Kindergarten"; font-size: 18.0pt; line-height: 107%;"><o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-family: "KG Miss Kindergarten"; font-size: 18.0pt; line-height: 107%;">Interactive Notebooks Word Study is the latest book
from CD Publishing on my bookshelf. It covers TONS! From sight words to phonics
(and not just general phonics!) to syllabication patterns to word parts. OH MY!
I thought it was just going to be sight words, but happily so much more! Then
when I saw that, I thought – oh, we could divide the notebook into sections.
GUESS WHAT? They have tabs that you can run off and use. I’m thinking bright
colored paper for that (wink, wink). That also tells you about the last section
– reproducibles! OH – make your own
interactive pages to fit your own curriculum! I may be in love! Lol<o:p></o:p></span></div>

how to get started, different thoughts on different notebooks (I’m using
composition books). I have decided that since I will have a book for Math and
for ELA, I’m going to put different color duct tape down the spines so they
know which one to get (well, hopefully, they will know). Carson Dellosa gives
you ideas on how to organize the book, formatting the pages, managing a
classroom with them, a rubric and yes, even a PLANNING SHEET! This organization
loving heart was so happy! I’m such a geek. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

word, build the word, unscramble the words, find the word and use it in a sentence.

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">This is a great resource from Carson Dellosa. I'm not sure with that I will be able to start out the year using it with all of my students. Many of my students do not have school experience when they start kindergarten. The first chapter is numbers 1-100. Many of them are not ready for that. We get there, but not right away. Mind you, some of them are! I will be able to use it right away with them. </span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">I am thinking that this will be a great resource to use with my guided math groups. It will be a great way to group students who need additional help in a particular area. There are five chapters - 1: Counting and Writing Numbers; 2- Working with Numbers; 3- Adding and Subtracting; 4- Measurement and Data; and 5- Geometry. They all sound familiar don't they?? lol</span></div>

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">I like that there are pre, post, mid and final tests. That is so useful to make sure that they are still using the skills that have been taught. There is also an answer key! I did double check myself on something - wanted to make sure I was thinking the way they were. ;-) </span></div>

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Critical thinking is an area that is so important! I also like that this gives me a spring board for ideas to add to my tool box. </span></div>

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">This new mini bulletin board set from @CDPub is great! How cute a bulletin board is this. Well, not the picture itself. The set! The picture is BAD! I know! It's the end of the year and things are coming down, not going up. I'm planning a neat one for the fall with this set. Everyone else starts thinking about the fall at the end of the year, correct? ;-) I have a small bulletin board that this will be perfect for- not too much but very helpful! What a great way this will be to introduce growth mindset to the new kindergartners. We can make hot air balloons (or get the Soaring To Success set from CD) for each kid and watch them SOAR to new heights as they learn new things! We will be able to discuss how, why and what to do to keep moving forward. This is going to be great! Start planning for next year. Don't let this great value go to waste! I love that it shows both growth and fixed mindsets. We need that starting point. They need to see that they are not the only ones with that mindset. I love showing the students how far they have come with their data. I love hearing them say - I worked hard and I did it! One of my cuties this year has worked so hard on counting to 100! She was amazed when she did it! She was so proud - she asked if there was anyone she could help! That's what we need more of people! <a href="https://www.carsondellosa.com/products/110360--Soar-with-a-New-Mindset-Mini-Bulletin-Board-Set-110360" target="_blank">https://www.carsondellosa.com/products/110360--Soar-with-a-New-Mindset-Mini-Bulletin-Board-Set-110360</a></span></div>

the data! Carson-Dellosa has a new
resource for us!<a href="http://www.carsondellosa.com/products/104940--Instant-Assessments-for-Data-Tracking-Resource-Book-104940#/?book media type=f389e45b92884d48844baaf09d49e3c5" target="_blank"> Language Arts Instant Assessments for Data Tracking!</a> Sounds like a lot - and it is! We may not always want to assess, but it is part of the job. This
resource gives us different and helpful ways to get that data. I think it might
even be easy- shhhh don’t tell the administrators that! These assessments can
be used in many different ways- pre/posttest, exit tickets and even during
small group lessons. It includes different formats that can be used in
different ways. More bang for your buck! It covers reading literature,
informational texts, foundational skills, writing, conventions and vocab. The
students love showing what they know – there are two of these so you don’t need
to come up with a pre-and posttest. They did this for us! Exit tickets – I was
really wondering about this one when I first saw it. We might be able to do
some of these now at this point of the year, but not earlier. The more I looked
at them though, the more I thought – I can use these, just maybe not having the
kids write their answers. They can tell partners their answers, draw a picture
or tell me. I have a beginning – I can use these to start making my own. Oh –
they did give generic ones along with specific skills. There are even ideas in
the book to use them for more- task cards in centers, Scoot game pieces or
warm-ups. There are word lists included also. Who doesn’t need a good list occasionally.
Am I right? I write the plans and I got all the words I need, then I go. to
teach the lesson and can only think of two! Please tell me I’m not the only
one! This resource also has cards to help the students with the skill and the
assessment. Great ideas to use them also – keep them on a book ring – color
code them to keep them separated and to distinguish the sections. And really???
Who doesn’t love color coding! The book also includes assessment and fluency
pages. The skills are right on for kindergarten so everything can be used at
some point throughout the year. This is a quick, easy way to assess our
students and instruct them to improve their skills. Another great tool for us
to use to move our students forward! Very user friendly and kid appropriate! I

<span style="font-family: "Janda Safe and Sound"; font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;">Stickers and notepads! A teacher’s favorite things!
These cute fall resources from Carson Dellosa are perfect for so many things!
Not just the obvious. We know we can put stickers on papers as we grade them.
We know we can write notes home about how great our students are on the
notepads. We can also use them in other ways. We can use the stickers in a
rebus sentence or story for our beginner writers. We can use them as counters
in ten frames to make a matching center. We can use them to make patterns. They
are a great quick way to get a picture in a center activity. The notepads can
be used the same way. Each student could get one and write a sentence for a
class book. The paper is already done for you. You could use the notepad to
make matching pieces for an alphabet game, beginning sounds game, matching
numbers to sets, matching numbers to ten frames. The list goes on as far as you
need it. These are great quality products from Carson Dellosa. So cute for this
time of the year! As much as I don’t want summer to end…. These make my fall
heart happy! I participate in the Brand Ambassador
Program for Carson-Dellosa and have received this product for free to review.</span><o:p></o:p></div>
